The same-day house call appointment was organized quickly through your office. Jared phoned to confirm that he would be arriving shortly before expected – and then arrived promptly at the appointed time. He quickly identified the problem and was efficient and speedy. When he came out to set up my computer he was very polite, very professional, very helpful explaining everything as he went along. We were very impressed with him, well done Aaron!

I called Total IT shortly after midday and was pleased to find out they could have someone out to my home that same day. The technician who came out was fantastic. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my PC in detail. In less than an hour my PC was once again booting and has been running great since.
