How much will your services cost?
We have a simple hourly rate for Mobile Computer Repairs and in most areas no call out fees. There is a minimum booking of one hour, after which you will be billed in half-hour blocks. Our technicians are so efficient they often finish jobs in less than an hour, however they will happily spend the remaining time tuning-up and optimizing your PC. How long will it take to resolve my issue?
There are many factors that impact the amount of time required to resolve PC problems, however in most situations our services are completed within the first hour. If your job is going to take longer than one hour to complete, the technician will provide you with an estimate before proceeding past the first hour.
We complete 90% of jobs within the first hour.
Do your technicians speak plain English?
Absolutely! Our technicians are amongst the best in the industry and they won’t baffle you with “technical jargon”. They will explain even the most complicated issues in simple, easy to understand, plain English.
What if the repairs can’t be completed onsite?
It’s very rare, but sometimes our repair services can’t be completed onsite. If your job can’t be completed onsite, the technician will provide you with a written quote for off-site repair work and schedule a return appointment to redeliver your PC back to you. Your PC will be returned to our workshop where our workshop tech’s will keep you up to date throughout the repair process.
Do you sell Hardware & Software?
Our technicians carry an extensive range of hardware and software with them onsite. If there’s something we don’t normally stock, we will happily source the item through our extensive network of suppliers.
