Remote Support Fees for Business
If you have an existing pre-paid support agreement, your remote support fees may be included with your monthly support fee.
If you have an PAYG support agreement, your remote fees are specified in your support agreement document.
If you do not have an active support agreement, our remote support services are not available. You can book an on-site appointment by phoning 1300 780 720.
Remote Support Fees for Home Users
$55.00 per support session – up to 30 minutes.
$27.50 per additional 15 minute block.
This amount is billed by Credit Card. The initial support fee ($55.00) will be billed upfront to your Credit Card).
