Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum term or contract?

Yes. Our I.T. Support Plans involve a minimum 12 month commitment.

Can I add additional users as my business grows?

Yes. You can add additional devices or users to your support plan as required.

What hours are phone and remote support available during?

Our standard hours are 9:00am am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. If you require support outside of these hours, we can customise a support plan to suit your specific needs.

Is there a limit on included Phone & Remote Support?

No. Phone & Remote Support is provided without any limit, however there are certain issues that cannot be addressed remotely due to the type of fault, or the amount of time required to address the issue remotely (i.e. computers that are not turning on). In these situations on-site service would be required.

Is On-Site Support available?

As a Business I.T. Support customer of Total I.T. Australia, you’ll receive priority on-site support. You can also choose to add +Site to your support plan. +Site includes monthly on-site maintenance visits.

Standard rates apply for On-site service, excluding maintance visits covered under +Site.
